Dr. Matthew Swan is a board-certified neurologist at Mount Sinai Downtown Union Square, specializing in the diagnosis and management of movement disorders. He completed his neurology residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY, and his movement disorders fellowship training at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He has experience in the use of botulinum toxins to treat movement disorders and spasticity, and in the management of deep brain stimulation for movement disorders. He is actively involved in the training of movement disorders fellows, and is a core faculty member in the neurology residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
