About Me

Madeleine Schaberg, MD is an attending in the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. She is fellowship trained in endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinology, and skull base surgery and provides specialized care in these areas. Dr. Schaberg graduated from Cornell University and received a combined medical and public health degree from Tulane University. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Hospital. She then went on to complete a fellowship in Rhinology and Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University. Dr. Schaberg’s specialties are endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinology, and skull base surgery. In addition to endoscopic sinus surgery, her clinical interests include endoscopic skull base surgery, paranasal and skull base tumors (benign and malignant), pituitary tumors, endoscopic orbital decompression for Grave’s Disease, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, allergic fungal sinusitis, nasal polyps, and otolaryngologic allergy
