Dr. Jonathan Schimmel is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, Director of the Emergency Medicine Clinical Trials Core, and a faculty member with the Division of Medical Toxicology. He practices emergency medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital, and serves on the hospital’s Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. His research interests include prospective clinical trials, medication safety and adverse effects, drug-induced liver injury, and acute poisoning.
