About Me
Dr. Teunissen is Instructor at the Biomedical Engineering and Imaginge Institute (BMEII) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. Here, he is also co-Director of the Nanomedicine laboratory and Director of Radiochemistry. Dr. Teunissen is trained as a synthetic organic chemist (B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D.) and is since 2017 applying his expertise in the fields of nanomedicine and nuclear imaging.
