Our outpatient program provides evidence based treatment for individuals, children though adulthood, who are struggling with feeding and eating disorders or obesity. Patients are typically seen once or twice a week for individual or family sessions.
Our clinical experts are skilled in empirically supported treatments for eating disorders including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Mirror Exposure Treatment
- Maudsley Family-Based Therapy
- Prescribing pharmacological treatment
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Our clinicians customize each treatment plan around the type and severity of the disorder, the patient’s age, and the existence of any accompanying conditions, such as depression and anxiety. This customized care enables our clinicians to best meet the needs of each patient and achieve maximum success. The outpatient program offers a number of evidence-based treatment options including individual and family therapy.
