About Family Medicine Services

Mount Sinai’s family medicine services are provided through an affiliation with the Institute for Family Health. At the Institute, we run a network of community health centers that provide family medicine services to patients of all ages. We offer:

  • Primary care
  • Behavioral health
  • Women’s health
  • Dental care
  • Insurance enrollment and social services
  • Health care for teens
  • Diabetes care
  • HIV care
  • Home visit services for families
  • WIC
  • Veteran’s initiative
  • Free clinics for the uninsured
  • Health care for the homeless

Many of our health centers are open on weeknights and weekends.

All health centers accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans. No one will be turned away due to lack of insurance. For more information, please visit the Institute for Family Health.
