Mount Sinai OB/GYN Ambulatory Practice

The Mount Sinai Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive, affordable, and culturally sensitive health care to women of all ages. Located one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals, we bring together a caring multidisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, physician assistants, nurses, care technicians, nutritionists, and social workers.

Our extensive array of women’s health services, counseling and patient-centered educational programs – one of the largest in the region – includes general obstetrical and gynecological care with a focus on prevention. We specialize in maternal fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies; midwifery; prenatal and postpartum care; the diagnosis and treatment gynecologic cancers, thyroid and other hormonal (endocrine) disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), urogynecologic conditions such as urinary incontinence; and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), among other specialty areas. We provide the most advanced diagnostic testing, including the latest advances in ultrasound imaging. Our board-certified gynecologists are experts in minimally invasive treatments such as laparoscopy, which requires smaller incisions and means less post-surgery discomfort and speedier recovery than traditional surgery.
