Q: How do I schedule my appointment?
Representatives are available to schedule appointment Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We want to accommodate a schedule that is convenient for you. Q: Where is the Executive Health Program located?
Our office is located on Fifth Avenue at 100th Street level. As soon as you enter the 5th Avenue entrance it is the first door on your left.

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my visit to the Executive Health Program?
Once you have scheduled your appointment, we will handle all the necessary arrangements to make your visit as easy as possible. Please do not eat or drink after midnight the night before your appointment, comfortable clothes and shoes are necessary since you will be using a treadmill. A monogram sweat suit can be provided if you forget comfortable cloths. You will be provided concierge service through the day, someone from our ambassador program will escort you to each test and every consultation.
Q: What amenities are available?
During you Executive Physical our conference room will be available if you wish to consult with colleagues or conduct business. After filling out our menu, a continental breakfast and heart healthy lunch will be served during your stay. Parking is available at the Mount Sinai Hospital Garage on 99th Street and Madison Avenue. For those visiting from out of town, accommodations before or after your Executive Health appointment are available at the Hotel Wales, located at 1295 Madison Avenue at 92nd Street (toll-free tel.: 1-866-925-3746).
Q: How long do the comprehensive exams and consultation take?
The Executive Health Program typically starts upon an 8 a.m. arrival and lasts a full day, concluding at 4:30 p.m. We can, however, accommodate earlier start times starting at 7 a.m. upon request. For a detailed schedule of the Program, see The Day of Your Visit.
Q: How is payment handled?
The level of service offered by Executive Health: The Program for Diagnostic and Preventive Medicine is not available through individual practices or conventional health insurance policies. The Program is designed to provide comprehensive and integrated screening for a wide range of possible disease and health insurers typically do not provide reimbursement for these examinations. It is precisely these services that distinguish this unique program. We require all participants to sign a Notice of Disclosure from Insurance Benefits to avoid misunderstanding regarding the cost of the service. Payment is expected before the day of service. Payment may be in cash, credit card, personal check or international bank transfer.
Q: If necessary, how do I go about canceling my appointment?
If you must cancel your appointment, we require 48 hour of notice, or a penalty fee will be incurred.
