Mount Sinai Children’s Heart Center
Mount Sinai Children’s Heart Center, in partnership with Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital, provides the most effective treatment and compassionate cardiac care for your child in New York City.
Pediatric patients and their families turn to the Children’s Heart Center to receive the most advanced state-of-the-art care available. Our team of doctors provide comprehensive care for a wide variety of cardiac conditions from the most common disorders to the rarest cases. We offer support to our patients and their families seeking guidance and care for a heart condition diagnosis.

When patients are ready to transition from pediatric to adult care, we work hand-in-hand with our colleagues at the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center for continued care.

Here at Children’s Heart Center your child’s multidisciplinary team of doctors and nurses earn your confidence and trust. We connect doctors with patients and join families with nurses to care for your whole child.
Your child’s dedicated team includes:
- A lead doctor who is devoted to managing your child’s care and keeping you informed about your child’s treatment and condition
- A nurse coordinator who keeps your family at the center of your child’s care in hospital and at home
- Child and family support program that includes social workers and child life therapists who offer a wide range of creative and educational activities for your child and support for your family
Conditions We Treat
Our expertise is healing all types of heart conditions including those present at birth (congenital heart defects) and pediatric heart conditions found in children of all ages. We also treat adults who have had these conditions at an early age or discover them later in life. Our teams of doctors and support staff adapt our programs and services to meet your child’s needs.
