Quality Monitoring Coordinator

Under the guidance of the QA Core Director and QA Supervisor, the Quality Monitoring Coordinator will perform a review of all the data collection forms entered into the data system to investigate identified errors on a weekly basis; the Quality Monitoring Coordinator will determine the nature of the error on a case by case basis across all visits, and recommend solutions to rectify each error type; he/she will document and maintain a record of these errors/solutions and provide them to the QA Supervisor and QA director for monthly reporting purposes. The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will also perform a comparison review of collected data and photocopies of original clinical examination questionnaires that are sent to the Data Center - to identify, document and correct errors per the Standard Operating Procedures provided. The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will maintain logs of activities and completed work and provide reports to the QA Supervisor and/or QA Core Director as needed. The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will meet deadlines with consistency. The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will provide support to the Systems Management Core and function as front line beta testers for all the data collection forms and interfaces developed in the data system. She/he will provide feedback which will be utilized to improve and correct problems associated with the data system. The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will provide support to the other activities of the Clinical Core, as needed; The Quality Monitoring Coordinator will provide any support needed by the Data Center for quality assurance purposes. - Associates or BA
- 1 year research-related quality assurance activities OR 2 year in data entry in a clinical research setting (or equivalent combination of experience/education).
- Basis skills in MS Word/Excel.
