"Adjustments to Obamacare"
There are things that can be done to make the Obamacare market more stable. Kenneth L. Davis, MD, President, CEO, Mount Sinai Health System, says, “you have got to mandate people who are healthy and young to buy into this insurance. It is like a social contract. When you are young and healthy, you pay into it though you may not need it so when you are old and sick you can afford it.”
