Well-Being: Psychosocial Needs During COVID-19

During this humanitarian crisis, now more than ever it is important that we pay attention to our own humanity. The Sinai Community offers a range of resources to support your psychosocial well-being during this time, encouraging you to check in with yourself, and connect with others via supportive counseling, a wide array of self care activities and support groups, as well as extensive spiritual care offerings.
