Mount Sinai understands that we can’t ensure the health of our patients without first ensuring the safety of our doctors, nurses, and staff members. And the first step to keeping safe is being well informed. As our Health System navigates the new waters of treating and preventing COVID-19—while also providing the procedures, treatments, and screenings our whole community depends on us for—we are making sure our staff has all updates, announcements, and resources at your fingertips.
We will share developing information in a number of areas, including screening and testing practices, guidance on personal protective equipment (PPE), updates on space planning and sanitization, and protocols for isolating patients with COVID-19.
Also, your personal well-being is of utmost importance to us. We are providing access to resources from basic needs like childcare and food, to your mental health and spiritual needs.
In addition, we want to hear from you. We have established an email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, where you can send specific questions that you or your patients might have so you can receive the right answers quickly.
