Mount Sinai Employee Health Services (EHS) provides telephonic consults for MSHS employees who are ill, concerned about COVID-19 exposure, or who need clearance to return to work.
If you have COVID-19-like symptoms or a recent positive test, report it to EHS here.
You can call 212-844-1100 for a telephone consultation between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
Please note the following in hours for the holidays:
Monday, May 30th Memorial Day: 9am – 3pm
Monday, June 20th Juneteenth: 9am – 3pm
Monday, July 4th Independence Day: 9am – 3pm

MyMountSinai
Now the New MyMountSinai Is Your “Go-To” for Video Urgent Care
MyMountSinai® is our new online app—replacing Mount Sinai Now—for video urgent care as of Tuesday, February 14. You can use MyMountSinai to speak with a provider in real time to help with acute issues like allergies, rash, body aches, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Plus, MyMountSinai helps you manage your health care on the go with appointment scheduling, access to your medical records and test results, and much more.
