Billing Compliance

Mount Sinai's Billing Compliance, Education and Monitoring Program ("The Program") is designed to foster a partnership with the faculty, administration, and staff in identifying and mitigating risks associated with potential violations of health care laws, rules and policies that may affect the billing, coding and reimbursement for the Faculty Practice Association and its affiliates.

The Program and its affiliates are committed to operating in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism, academics and business ethics to promote full compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The Program is available to assist our more than 900 faculty, employees and other affiliates with any concerns or questions regarding policies, procedures and/or legal requirements.
