Dr. Kate Gibbs received her medical degree from the Loyola University of Chicago and completed her pediatric and neonatal-perinatal training here at Mount Sinai. She joined the faculty at Mount Sinai after completing her fellowship in 2007. She is currently an associate program director of the Pediatric Residency Program and co-directs the Pediatric Clerkship and Sub-internship. She serves on a number of committees related to both undergraduate and graduate medical education. Dr. Gibbs also serves as a departmental representative on the faculty council and is currently the Mount Sinai representative for the New York State Obstetric and Neonatal Quality Collaborative.
