Jessica Reid-Adam, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (Nephrology) and Medical Education, and is the Associate Director for Diversity Initiatives in the Department of Pediatrics at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is also the Director of the 3rd year medical student Pediatric clerkship. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology.
Dr. Reid-Adam is a graduate of Rutgers – New Jersey Medical School, and completed her Pediatric residency training as well as a clinical and research fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at The Mount Sinai Hospital, where her research interests focused on transplant immunology. In addition to treating patients with renal disease and hypertension, and her involvement in the medical school, Dr. Reid-Adam serves as a trainer in Unconscious Bias for the Mount Sinai Healthcare System.
Dr. Reid-Adam serves as an editorial board member on the Education Committee of the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology and also serves as a ISMMS representative for the AAMC Council of Faculty and Academic Societies.
