About Me

Dr. Harry Koster is a Harvard-trained ophthalmologist, specially trained in cornea and external diseases of the eye. He is a highly experienced refractive surgeon who has performed over 15,000 LASIK and 30,000 cataract procedures for patients in the New York City area. In addition to performing thousands of laser vision correction procedures, Dr. Koster was one of the first New York eye surgeons to utilize new multifocal lens technologies such as the Restor and ReZoom IOLs. Dr. Koster is currently the Medical Director of the Ophthalmology Department at Wyckoff Hospital, an assistant clinical professor at New York Eye and Ear and the Surgeon Director of Cataract and Refractive Surgery at SUNY College of Optometry. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the Academy of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
