Dr. Khasak is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai. He is an excellent diagnostician and practitioner; Dr. Khasak fosters the acquisition of knowledge regarding common and rare dermatologic diseases and disorders while furthering the development of procedural skills. He is a patient and exacting teacher who is able to motivate learners to strive for competency and excellence. What’s more, Dr. Khasak regularly demonstrates what compassionate medicine should look like while helping residents and other students formulate the most effective treatment interventions. He remains up-to-date with the current literature and helps residents incorporates new thinking and insights into the care of patients. A dedicated student during his undergraduate and graduate training, Dr. Khasak eagerly promotes the development of self-awareness by residents and medical students so they will become lifelong learners.
Dr. Khasak is the consummate professional who takes his professional responsibilities very seriously as reflected in his clinical care and sensitivity to cultural differences in the patient populations served in our outpatient clinics.
