- Debra Jaliman, MD, is a Board Certified Dermatologist with a private practice on 5th Avenue (Upper East Side) between 74th and 75th Street in Manhattan, New York. Her New York City dermatology practice focuses on cosmetic dermatology and general dermatology. The NYC dermatologist is also an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. All procedures are performed at the dermatologist's state of the art fully accredited dermatology suite in Manhattan, New York.
