About Me
Anna Barbieri, MD, is a dual board-certified gynecologist and integrative medicine physician, as well as a specialist in menopause medicine. Her passion is personalized, patient-centered, modern and holistic care of women, informed by the most up-to-date women’s health research. From preventive care to complex gynecologic issues, Dr. Barbieri partners with her patients to help them maintain or restore optimal hormonal and gynecologic health. She has special expertise in helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause by focusing on each patient with customized nutrition and lifestyle advice, as well as use of hormonal therapies and non-hormonal interventions. Dr. Barbieri is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a Menopause Society certified menopause practitioner. She is also a graduate of the Andrew Weil Fellowship in Integrative Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Barbieri is the founding physician of Elektra Health, a digital menopause education and support company.
