Collaborative Genomic Studies of Tourette’s Disorder

Overview: The aim of this study is to obtain DNA samples from participants with Tourette’s Disorder and at least two family members in order to evaluate whether specific segments of DNA or genes are associated with Tourette’s and related disorders. At this moment, the study is focusing on families with only one person affected with a tic disorder in order to compare his/her genetic information with that of his/her parents.
- Diagnosis of TD or Chronic Tic Disorder
- Family history of tics
