Weekly Brain Tumor Board
To provide a cohesive review of each patient's needs, doctors in all applicable specialties meet on a weekly basis to review the management of brain tumor patients. If you would like your story reviewed, please submit a brief clinical synopsis, all pertinent imaging studies, and reports for review to: Kathleen Maloney-Lutz, RN, MSN, Clinical Coordinator, Kathleen.Maloneyfirstname.lastname@example.org. Call 212-241-6252 for more information.
The Mount Sinai Comprehensive Brain Tumor Program offers monthly support groups for patients and their families. At these meetings we provide up-to-date treatment and diagnostic information and peer-to-peer support in a compassionate environment. Patients, families, and caregivers are invited to attend. Patients are welcome to share their experiences and gain information and insights on medical and emotional issues.
Please join us on the last Tuesday of each month from 11 AM – 12 PM, Guggenheim Pavilion 8 West, Room 180.
There is no charge for this activity; however, registration is required. Please contact Kathleen Maloney-Lutz, RN, MSN at 212-241-6252. Kathleen.maloney-lutz@mountsinai. For more information on the Brain Tumor Support Group, call 212-241-5052.
