The Derald H. Ruttenberg Treatment Center is located on the lobby level of Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Guggenheim Pavilion at 1190 Fifth Avenue (between 100th and 101st streets). There is also an entrance at 1468 Madison Avenue (at 100th Street).
