Breast Imaging 

Laurie Margolies, MD, FACR 
Dr. Margolies is the Director of Breast Imaging at Mount Sinai. She is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and specializes in radiology and is certified in diagnostic radiology. 

Neesha Patel, MD 
Dr. Patel is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She specializes in radiology and is certified in diagnostic radiology.

Emily Sonnenblick, MD
Dr. Sonnenblick is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She specializes in radiology and is certified in diagnostic radiology.

Janet Szabo, MD 
Dr. Szabo is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She specializes in radiology and is certified in diagnostic radiology. 

Medical Oncology 

Kerin Adelson, MD 
Dr. Adelson is a medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer medicine. Her clinical practice is dedicated to treating all aspects of breast cancer including: breast cancer prevention in women at high risk for breast cancer, management of ductal carcinoma in situ, adjuvant (post-operative treatment) and neo-adjuvant (pre-operative) treatment of invasive breast cancer, and management of advanced stage disease. 

James Holland, MD 
Dr. Holland is a Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology and Oncological Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine. He is a medical oncologist who specializes in breast cancer. 

Hanna Yoko Irie, MD, PhD 
Dr. Irie is an Assistant Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology and Oncological Sciences at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is a medical oncologist who specializes in breast cancer. 

Gloria Morris, MD, PhD
Dr. Morris is an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology.  Dr. Morris' past work has included a focus on breast and ovarian cancers, brain tumors, and pancreatic cancers.  She currently specializes in breast cancer and multiple myeloma.

Amy Tiersten, MD
Dr. Tiersten is an Associate Professor in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology. She is a medical oncologist with expertise in breast cancer who joined the medical oncology program at Mount Sinai in January 2013. She works collaboratively with Mount Sinai breast surgeons,radiation oncologists, radiologists, and other related subspecialists to provide care to breast cancer patients and conduct breast cancer research.

Breast Surgery 

Elisa Port, MD, FACS 
Dr. Port is the Co-Director of the Dubin Breast Center. She is a surgeon who specializes in the care and treatment of patients with breast cancer, and those at increased risk for breast cancer. Dr. Port has extensive experience with sentinel lymph node biopsy, nipple sparing mastectomy, and the newest techniques in breast cancer surgery for both invasive breast cancer and DCIS. 

Hank Schmidt, MD, PhD 
Dr. Schmidt is a surgical oncologist specializing in treatment of breast cancer and other breast diseases. His practice also focuses on cancer risk and individuals at high risk for cancer development. Dr. Schmidt is committed to personalized treatment planning and incorporation of novel therapies to improve breast cancer survival. 

Christina Weltz, MD 
Dr. Weltz’s surgical practice has been exclusively in the area of breast disease, specifically in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the surgical treatment of all aspects of benign and malignant breast disease. the primary goal of her practice is to carefully consider each individual’s situation in order to determine the best treatment plan. 

Radiation Oncology 

Sheryl Green, MD 
Dr. Green is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her clinical focuses include breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer. 

Richard Bakst, MD
Dr. Bakst is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His clinical focuses include breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer.

Breast Pathology 

Ira J. Bleiweiss, MD 
Dr. Bleiweiss is an internationally known surgical pathologist specializing in breast pathology. He is a Professor of Pathology, Chief of Anatomic Pathology, and Director of the Division of Breast Pathology. He is an active participant in national clinical breast cancer trials and has led the Breast Pathology Cadre of Cancer and Leukemia Group B, one of the Cooperative Clinical Oncology Groups sponsored by the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Bleiweiss is an expert in the interpretation of breast core biopsies and methods of correlating their pathologic findings with imaging characteristics. 

Shabnam Jaffer, MD 
Dr. Jaffer is a nationally recognized surgical pathologist specializing in breast pathology. She is an Associate Professor of Pathology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is a member of the Breast Pathology Cadre of Cancer and Leukemia Group B. 

Chandandeep S. Nagi, MD 
Dr. Nagi is a surgical pathologist specializing in breast pathology. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is an active participant in both basic and translational research projects. 

Anupma Nayak, MD 
Dr. Nayak is a surgical pathologists specializing in breast pathology. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Patholgoy at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Marco Harmaty, MD
Dr. Harmaty is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His areas of specialization include breast surgery (cosmetic and reconstructive).

Philip Torina, MD

Jess Ting, MD
Dr. Ting is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Ting’s interests include reconstructive plastic surgery, including microsurgical reconstruction following cancer surgery.

Stafford Broumand, MD
Dr. Broumand is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He provides reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, including reconstructive breast surgery.

Leo M. Keegan, MD

Adam R. Kolker, MD 
Dr. Kolker is an aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, and face, and is an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Mount Sinai.
