Mount Sinai Eye Practice

The Eye Practice at Mount Sinai is dedicated to providing the best, most affordable eye care to people of all ages. Part of one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals and medical schools, we have a long tradition of excellence in eye care and vision research dating back to the mid-1880s.

The Eye Practice offers full adult and children’s eye care (ophthalmologic) services with an emphasis on personalized care, the well-being of the eye, and prevention. This includes providing thorough eye exams for every member of the family at our handicapped- accessible facility, as well as diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of eye diseases and disorders with the latest therapies. Our compassionate, multidisciplinary team of physicians, surgeons, and technicians are highly skilled at testing for and treating glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, strabismus, and numerous other conditions. Another outstanding feature of our care is the expert, coordinated care we offer patients with systemic diseases like diabetes type 1 and type 2 - and hypertension (high blood pressure).
