Because crossing international borders for medical treatment can be a complex process, the International Services Department provides a travel concierge team to facilitate transportation and hotel arrangements for patients and families visiting the United States. We are pleased to partner with Protravel International, New York’s premier luxury travel agency, in order to provide the best possible experience for our patients, including the following arrangements:

• Complete travel visa arrangements
• Airline booking and reservations
• Luxury car and limousine service to/from airport
• Meet-and-greet airport assistance and lost baggage services
• Hotel and long-stay apartment reservations for patients and families

The Protravel team strives to coordinate all transportation and accommodations, so our patients and families can focus on treatment and healing.
