Additional Consultation and Services

The following optional consultations and services can be arranged at an additional cost by the Program for Diagnostic and Preventive Medicine, upon request:

• Colonoscopy: screens for polys and cancer growths in asymptomatic individuals, recommended at age 50 or earlier based on personal and family history

• Upper Endoscopy: screens for disorders of the stomach and esophagus
• 
  
• Gynecological Examination: by specialist including a pap smear which is one of the most important screening for early detection of cervical cancer
• 
  
• Urology Examination: by specialist for male clients with urologic complaints and request further evaluation

• Mammogram: baseline for women at age 35 to screen for breast cancer, the best defense against breast cancer is early detection
  
  
• Nutritional Consulting and Metabolism Analysis: Helps patients minimize health risks through a personalized, healthy lifestyle nutritional program. Our comprehensive, multidisciplinary team of doctors provide your nutritional analysis with an in-depth nutritional assessment, personalized plan and continued metabolic management.
  

• Bone Density: screens for bone loss, osteoporosis, recommended for women at onset of menopause
