We’re committed to helping you find the support you need. Our groups offer a supportive, confidential environment so you can connect with others who are coping with a situation similar to your own.

All support groups and services are free of charge and run on a rolling basis.  Please call for dates.

Adult Female Survivors of Sexual Assault

This group provides support and validation through telling the story and exploring the effect of sexual assault on current relationships.

Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

We give members the opportunity to tell their stories in a safe and supportive setting, and to witness and validate the experiences of others.

Domestic Violence Support Group

Domestic Violence Support Group (women only) focuses on the dynamics of abusive relationships, self-care, and steps to living without violence.

  • Date and Time: All groups require a pre-group interview with the facilitating therapist. Groups meet on a weekly basis and are time-limited, usually 8, 12, or 16 weeks. Call for information.

Co-Ed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Workshop

This three-session group helps survivors of violence understand the effects of PTSD.  The workshop covers symptoms, effects of PTSD on the brain, and grounding techniques.  Open only to current Crime Victim Treatment Center clients.

Teen Trauma Group

Teen Trauma Group (girls only) is a creative arts support group for teens with a history of victimization such as sexual abuse, sexual assault, or dating violence.

Co-Ed Auricular Acupuncture Group

Our weekly acupuncture group uses the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association Protocol, which involves several acupuncture points in the ear that are known to reduce the symptoms of PTSD. Open only to current Crime Victim Treatment Center clients.

Co-Ed Holistic Healing Group

A 10-week alternative healing group for survivors of trauma structured around the seven energy centers of the body (chakras). Open only to current clients of the Crime Victims Treatment Center.
