Located in the heart of Jackson Heights, our office offers comprehensive, expert medical care. Our nearly 30 physicians include primary care doctors and specialists. We are dedicated to bringing the medical excellence of the Mount Sinai Health System home to our Queens community.

We can draw blood and perform many diagnostic tests on site. Cardiology tests include stress tests, ankle brachial index testing to assess blood circulation in legs, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring (wearable devices that record the heart's rhythm). In addition, we can do some minor procedures right in our office.

Diabetes Alliance

The Mount Sinai Diabetes Alliance program helps prevent complications from diabetes. Our certified diabetes educators are registered nurses and dieticians and develop a plan of care to meet your needs. We give you the information you need to control your condition through diet and exercise. In addition, we help you manage your diabetes medications and monitor your glucose levels.
