Physician Access Service

Our Physician Access Service offers referring physicians and their patients — particularly those unfamiliar with our treatments and services — easy navigation within The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Our highly trained nurses and coordinators will:

• Facilitate a consultation between you and a Mount Sinai physician to discuss your patient’s condition
• Coordinate admissions
• Assist with appointments
• Oversee emergencies
•  Provide timely updates

The Physician Access Service team communicates closely with families and monitors care both during and after the patient’s stay. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
