The postdoc will be expected to develop novel image post-processing, computational
and statistics methods to analyze fMRI data from specific groups of neurological patients
in collaboration with clinicians and investigators involved in real-time fMRI, PET
imaging, EEG and rehabilitation. The Lab has a strong interest in developing new
algorithms for integrating neuroimaging modalities, laboratory and behavioral measures
in neurological diseases.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering or MR physics and
should have knowledge and experience in both task-based fMRI and resting state BOLD
functional connectivity analysis. Experience with fMRI analysis software packages,
presentation software, strong computer programming skills (e.g., in C/C++ & especially
MATLAB) are highly desirable. Experience with applied mathematics and graph theory
analysis would be a distinct advantage.
