About the Interboro RHIO, Inc.
The Interboro Regional Health Information Organization, Interboro RHIO, is a clinical data exchange (CDE), serving New York City, which facilitates the sharing of patient information between authorized health care providers at the point of care.

The Interboro RHIO currently has a position available for a Senior Provider Relations Analyst.
The Senior Provider Relations Analyst is a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for overseeing Interboro's relationships with participating Providers and organizations, developing and managing the end user training process, and coordinating ongoing participant communications. The primary duty of the Senior Provider Relations Representative is to manage the integration of participating providers and organizations into the Interboro RHIO and manage the implementation and on-going utilization of Interboro services

Position responsibilities include:
Oversee the provider and participant organization RHIO start up and implementation process
Establish and oversee an end-user training program including, but not limited to, development of training materials, a training process, and specific, timely training goals
Develop an end-user training tracking process to assess progress on training goals
Work with individual community provider organizations to complete the standard implementation process, including contract execution, and service selection.
Serve as a resource for Interboro RHIO staff trainers, as well as for participating organizations and provide assistance with training and implementation processes
Coordinate and conduct training of participating organizations on RHIO policies and procedures
Oversee ongoing communications with participating organizations and post-implementation support
Manage the post-implementation communication with participating organizations to assess service utilization and provide feedback on modification and improvements
Conduct periodic site visits and provide ongoing communications with participating organizations
Coordinate and conduct refresher training on RHIO policies and procedures
Develop and manage a process to identify, track, manage and resolve end-user issues
Monitor compliance with key contract terms
Assist organizations with required audits of system usage
Marketing/recruiting
Assist in development and on-going review of plans to market member services and development of recruitment and adoption targets
Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials
Conduct outreach activities to prospective participants and marketing of new services to existing participants

Job Qualifications:

General knowledge of health care
Ability to learn new health care applications, develop associated training material, train trainers, and oversee end-user training
3+ years of project management experience
Ability to work independently or part of a team, and to learn diverse technologies quickly
Excellent follow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, issues, and priorities effectively and simultaneously, with attention to detail
Previous customer service or training experience required
Bachelors degree required, training certifications preferred
