Please plan to arrive at our offices 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete the registration process. If your insurance requires a referral, please be sure to bring it with you to your appointment in addition to your insurance card(s). 

To ensure that we have the information we need to provide you with the highest quality care, please arrange to have any medical records or test results from other physicians sent over to the practice at least one week before your appointment.

International Patients

Mount Sinai International Patient Services works with Mount Sinai Urology to coordinate care for patients traveling from around the world to receive robotic treatment of prostate cancer at Mount Sinai. This includes transferring relevant medical records, scheduling additional exams with physicians, arranging for your hotel stay, and ensuring that your trip to The Mount Sinai Hospital is comfortable and satisfying.  We also offer translation services if you prefer to communicate in your native language.
