The concierge medical center that Mount Sinai Health System is planning for the second floor of 55 Hudson Yards will open for business early next year, the health system said Friday. Mount Sinai also released new details about the project. The New York Post first reported the health system would be a tenant in the building in September. Asking rents at the property, owned by real estate developers Mitsui Fudosan, Related Companies and Oxford Properties, were initially between $130 and $140 per square foot. Commercial tenants confirmed for the building include legal and finance firms such as the hedge fund Third Point and the international law firm Milbank, according to the property's website. The 18,000-square-foot center will provide services including primary care, behavioral health and chronic-disease management exclusively to residents and employees of commercial tenants in the Hudson Yards development. The members-only clinic will also offer such amenities as prescription drug delivery, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits and a mobile app.
