On November 5, Kyle O’Quinn of the New York Knicks surprised patients at the Kravis Children’s Hospital at Mount Sinai. Kyle began the evening coloring basketball pictures and chatting with patients in The Zone. He then appeared on KidZone TV for a live interview hosted by one of the patients. He answered questions from the studio audience as well as from patients calling from their rooms, such as what his favorite activities are outside of training (spending time with his family), what his favorite breakfast cereal is (Apple Jacks), and what his favorite restaurant is (Red Lobster). Kyle even danced with our patients at the end of the show, demonstrating his talents outside of the basketball court. After the show, patients had the opportunity to take a photo with Kyle and received a personalized signed autograph from the basketball star.

The Kravis Children’s Hospital, the Child Life staff, and everyone here at the Zone thank Kyle O’Quinn for making a special visit to our kids!
