Things that keep you healthy overall, also appear to help lower a woman's risk of breast cancer, a new review says. Stay trim, exercise and cut back on drinking, review findings suggest. Some of the risk factors for the disease cannot be changed – such as older age and having a strong family history of breast cancer. But lifestyle still makes a big difference, said Paula Klein, MD, an assistant professor of medical oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, who wasn't involved in the report.
