Cardiology Specialist of ¡A tu Salud!

Dr. Pedro Moreno is an accomplished physician, serving as a cardiologist at The Mount Sinai Hospital and an assistant professor of Cardiology at the Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Moreno trained at Harvard Medical School, completing rotations at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. Performing over 1,000 cardiac coronary invasive procedures annually, Dr. Moreno consistently maintains a greater than 99% success rate in all his cases.

In addition to his honorary membership in several international cardiology organizations, Dr. Moreno is an official reviewer for the American Heart Association, as well as several prominent scientific journals. He also serves as an advisor to several government agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Cardiovascular Center in Spain. In recognition of his pioneering work in the understanding of coronary syndromes and cardiovascular medicine, Dr. Moreno has been recognized by several organizations, including the Vulnerable Plaque Organization, and the Columbian Society of Cardiology.
