The Mount Sinai Medical Center, located in New York City, consists of The Mount Sinai Hospital, a tertiary care facility known for excellence in patient care and Mount Sinai School of Medicine, a leader in medical research and in the education of tomorrow’s physicians by internationally known faculty.

The Mount Sinai Medical Center is led by President and CEO, Kenneth L. Davis, MD. Internationally renowned for his pioneering research on psychiatric disorders, Dr. Davis was appointed President and CEO of The Mount Sinai Medical Center in 2003. His achievements as an educator, clinician and administrator have earned him a prominent place among the national leaders of academic medicine.

The Dean of Mount Sinai School of Medicine is Dennis S. Charney, M.D. Dr. Charney is a leading expert on the neurobiology and treatment of serious mood and anxiety disorders and was elected to the Institute of Medicine in 2000.

In addition, Board of Trustees of The Mount Sinai Medical Center consists of leaders in business, health care, and government from the New York area and from around the United States. Peter W. May is the Chairman of The Mount Sinai Medical Center Board of Trustees.
