For a fourth consecutive year, Mount Sinai is sponsoring a greenmarket in East Harlem. Shoppers are invited to browse and buy fresh fruits and vegetables—all locally grown. From July 8th through November, the market is open every Wednesday from 8 am until 5 pm on East 99th Street between Madison and Park Avenues. Food stamps and other government vouchers are accepted including EBT and Senior Vouchers. In addition, we accept Healthbucks, and Debit/Credit Cards. Please note Greenmarket shoppers will receive $4 in Healthbucks for every $5 spent in food stamps. We will also conduct raffles and cooking demonstrations for the public.
