Pre-Admission Testing Center
Location and Hours

The Pre-Admission Testing Center is located on the second floor of the Guggenheim Pavilion. There are two entrances to Guggenheim Pavilion, one at 1468 Madison Avenue, and the other at 1190 Fifth Avenue, both at 100th Street. The security desk at either entrance can direct you to the Pre-Admission Testing Center. The Pre-Admission Testing Center is open for appointments Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Parking information is available here.

– Surgeons can make appointments for patients through the Surgical Scheduling Office at (212) 241-2273. Patients can change existing appointments through their surgeon's office or by calling the Surgical Scheduling Office.

– Patients can call Pre-Admission Testing Center on the day of an appointment at (212) 241-3188.

– Appointment hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

– To talk to a doctor or nurse that you have seen at the Center, call (212) 241-3188.

– Information can be faxed to the Center at (212) 659-8328.
