BioExper^TM LIMS
Computer managed comprehensive platform for biomedical scientists to manage projects, specimen, samples and research data. It includes Animal Inventory, which manages animal inventory process, Lab Container, which manages Lab reagents, Sample Inventory, which manages and tracks clinical and research samples, and basic data analysis tools, etc. BioExper^TM LIMS is a secure web-based application. The web page is protected by using SSL technology. All data is stored in a central database system which is running on an arrayed server.

QTL MatchMaker
Tool which allows for high throughput mapping of genes to known QTL (Quantitative Trait Loci) and comparative genomics analysis between Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, and Rattus norvegicus. The QTL database organizes information, which is scattered through numerous web sites and publications. QTL MatchMaker is designed to facilitate the analysis of large sets of data produced using genome-scale experimental approaches.

EquipReserver
Web-based application which allows users to request experimental services or reserve shared instruments online. The user is able to update her/his reservation status and to view equipment reservation status. Services provided are recorded directly in the user’s password-protected account.
