Development of the hematopoietic and vascular systems of the mouse embryo; regulation of stem cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation; gene regulation during development; development and differentiation of the primitive and definitive endodermal lineages; modulation of postnatal and adult hematopoietic and vascular development; angiogenesis.
