Women Gretz-Friedman
Maternal Fetal Medicine

Welcome

Congratulations! You're either thinking about becoming pregnant or you already are. Pregnancy is a wondrous, full of excitement, hope, and new experiences.

But like many women, you may be a bit of anxious, too, especially if this is your first pregnancy or if you've been told that your pregnancy may be high-risk. That's when a caring specialist in a maternal and fetal medicine practice can help.

Our consultation, diagnostic, and monitoring services will work with your healthcare provider to give you the best in prenatal care. Our innovative, comprehensive program has a world-class team of doctors, nurses, genetic counselors, ultrasound technicians, and nutritionists dedicated to making your pregnancy the joyful experience it should be. We use the latest technology, and can team up with Mount Sinai's outstanding staff to provide personalized care for pregnancy-related conditions and complications.

Our referrals come from obstetricians and gynecologists, primary care practitioners, cardiologists, endocrinologists, infectious-disease specialists, gastroenterologists, and rheumatologists.

We may see you for just one consultation, or we may monitor your entire pregnancy.

Please call the Mount Sinai Maternal Fetal Medicine Program, at 212-241-0535, for more information. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some late hours.

And, again, congratulations!
