We are interested in investigating the structure and function of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) with the ultimate goal of discovering new drugs for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders. Our methods include the coordination of several interdisciplinary approaches in tissue cultures, mouse models, and post-mortem human brain.
