CT-STAT (Coronary Computed Tomography for Systemic Triage of Acute chest pain patients to Treatment): Compare diagnostic efficacy of CT coronary angiography vs. standard cardiac imaging for the evaluation of ED chest pain patients.

BASICS (Biomarker Assessment to Stratify Ischemic Coronary Syndromes): Compare clinical risk tools, standard and novel biomarkers for the identification of inducible ischemia by stress imaging and 30 day and 6 month outcomes for major cardiac events in ED chest pain patients.

Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) Score as predictor of stress test results: Evaluate the positive and negative predictive value of CAC score for identification of inducible cardiac ischemia in ED chest pain patients.

Bedside ultrasound assessment of acute dyspnea: evaluate utility of bedside ultrasound to identify acute decompensated heart failure in patients presenting to the ED with a chief complaint of shortness of breath.
