Dr. Phillip Fairweather is Associate Residency Director and Residency Site Director at Elmhurst Hospital Center. Dr. Fairweather has been recognized as an outstanding teacher and is a strong asset to the Mount Sinai faculty. He has been a faculty discussant at the Clinical Pathological Conference Competition Competition and currently serves on a national Council of Residency Director's Subcommittee. His departmental responsibilities include oversight of the Elmhurst monthly M&M and Interesting Case Conferences; and Trauma Grand Rounds, a joint monthly conference of EM and general surgery. He originated and organizes a quarterly EM/IM Grand Rounds with the department of internal medicine and he coordinates the medical student clerkship at Elmhurst.
