Dr. Stuart Kessler is the Clinical Director of the Emergency Department at Elmhurst Hospital Center. He is residency trained and board certified in both emergency medicine and internal medicine. Dr. Kessler joined the Mount Sinai Program in 1995 bringing impressive administrative skill from past directorships. He is building a progressive academic department at Elmhurst, and has assembled a vibrant new faculty with a commitment to clinical training. Dr. Kessler is a highly regarded member of the Elmhurst Medical Board and co-chairs the Hospital's Utilization Review/Case Management Committee. His areas of expertise include trauma care and regional anesthesia.
