Dr. Radna joined the staff at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1981 as an Instructor and a Clinical Assistant Neurosurgeon. On the Brain and Behavior faculty, he taught Neuroscience and Neuroanatomy from 1983-1988. In 1986 he was promoted to Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery. In 1995 Dr. Radna was awarded a patent for an auxiliary surgical retractor system.
