Dr. Brown is the director of dissemination of the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on TBI Interventions at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and held the same position in Mount Sinai??s previous Research and Training Center on Community Integration.

She is Assistant Professor in the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine. She is also a consultant on dissemination and on research design. She has published more than 45 articles and chapters. Dr. Brown received her doctoral degree from NYU, an M.A. from the University of Kansas, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
